Payroll Administrator – B&S – Delfzijl


Do you work accurately and can you switch gears? As a Payroll Administrator at our Dordrecht location, you will be part of our Shared Service team where everyone is willing to help each other and learn from each other. In your role, you communicate a lot within the organisation, including with employees and the HR and Finance departments. With your critical eye, you think along in how certain processes can be made better and more efficient!

Reach your full potential as Payroll Administrator

As Payroll Administrator, you are part of the Shared Service team consisting of 4 people, specialised in payroll and payroll administration. The team consists of a mix of young and experienced colleagues who complement each other well in every area. As a payroll administrator, you will be responsible for the payroll of employees in Delfzijl. You will do this for around 450 employees. 

Some examples of your daily responsibilities

  • Processing all salary-related mutations in ADP
  • Identifying and applying internal and external legislation and regulations
  • Improving existing processes
  • Supporting the Business Control department with the monthly closing and reporting activities
  • Reporting and analysing the impact of changes in employment conditions

  • Have at least a completed financial/administrative education at MBO level 4
  • Have completed PDL training or are willing to do so
  • Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience as a payroll administrator or financial officer
  • Have experience within an international organisation (preferred)
  • You have experience with ADP (preferred)
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Are available for 24 – 32 hours per week
  • Have a good command of Dutch and English at a business level. Knowledge of the German language is an advantage
